• All artwork and products are original creations by Mel (Mellow Mochi Studio). Please do not resell, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.

• Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings or lighting.

• I reserve the right to update prices, products, or policies at any time.

Orders & Shipping

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.

• I currently ship within the United States only, via USPS.

• Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. I’m not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Issues & Disputes

• I do not accept returns, but if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

• If your item is damaged or goes missing, I’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost.
